SHIPPING

Rhomboid Sax provides FREE shipping for orders over $ 75.00 and weighing 25 lbs or less. Free FEDEX ground shipping by Rhomboid Sax serves 48 Contiguous States in the U.S. with some exclusions. For orders outside the 48 Contiguous States, a shipping charge will be calculated based on the delivery location, weight of the product, as well as additional factors such as double boxing or bubble wrapping to insure safe delivery of your product. Regarding the shipment of certain items, such as sinks, mirrors, mirror cabinets exceeding 25 lbs. Rhomboid Sax recommends Customer Will Call or a freight quote will be provided.  Los Angeles Will Call arrangements can be made by emailing info@rsax.com. To insure your product arrives safely on your doorstep, FEDEX offers added service fee $ 10.00 for 'signature' required upon delivery.  Please be sure to note this extra fee service charge on your order if a signature is required. Customer's are responsible for this extra fee.


Product Inspections:Rhomboid Sax hopes that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase.  Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt.  Please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.


Return & Exchange PolicY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item prior to purchase please contact: info@rsax.com. It is far better to ask questions, request additional pictures, etc PRIOR to shipping any merchandise.


Return and Exchange

Please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange:

 
  • Contact Rhomboid Sax Bath and Tile by email info@rsax.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #).

  • Required condition of returned items:

    Products must be returned in re-saleable condition:

    Product is free from scratches and/or defects

    Product has not been installed

    Product is in the original packaging as shipped by Rhomboid Sax and its affiliates.

    Any product returned to Rhomboid Sax in packaging other than the original would be returned to the sender

    Original packing materials, manuals, hanging hardware must accompany return.

  • Returned shipping cost: We recommend items be returned via UPS or FEDEX or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.. Rhomboid Sax not responsible for return shipping costs on general return.

  • Products damaged in transit back to Rhomboid Sax will refuse returned product if the product is damaged in transit. You must make any and all claims of damage during shipment to Rhomboid Sax with the carrier. Rhomboid Sax cannot make claims on behalf of the customer with the freight carrier. Credit will not be issued for products damaged in transit back to Rhomboid Sax.

  • Kindly ensure that RGA# appears on outside of your return shipment.  Packages without an RGA# will be refused and returned to you by the carrier. Rhomboid Sax cannot accept responsibility for charges incurred from packages returned without an RGA#.

 

Return / Exchange Window

Return/Exchange requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 14 days.


Restocking Fees

Products returned or exchanged for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a small restocking fee.

Rhomboid Sax restocking Fee is 11% of the purchase price of the returned/exchanged merchandise

NOTE: Products that are not compliant with local building codes/standards, homeowner's associations, CC&Rs are not considered defective. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any regulating authority, by asking questions of local authorities.


Customer Credits and Refunds

Products returned for credit or refund are subject to inspection by Rhomboid Sax its affiliates, and/or vendors. Credit or refund will only be issued after products are inspected and determined to be in resalable condition. All returns and exchanges will be credited less the restocking fees. You can expect a credit or a refund check approximately 20-25 days from RhomboId Sax receipt of your return.


Refused Orders


If a customer refuses product that were to be delivered to them and the items are returned to Rhomboid Sax without going through the return process to receive an RGA# and Return Authorization, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges including original shipping fees. 


Shipping and Freight Damage

Your product should be inspected immediately upon receipt for shipping damages, if the product is damaged please note damage on delivery ticket and contact Rhomboid Sax.   Product damaged during shipment must be reported to Rhomboid Sax within three (3) days of receipt of your shipment.


Use of your Personal Information

Rhomboid Sax does not collect or use your personal information in the operation of its website, only to deliver the services you have requested.


Security of your Personal Information

Rhomboid Sax will not use your information for any purposes beyond product purchase.
